Refund Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through
Paris Fun Tours (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By booking any of our
services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
a) Free Cancellation for Select Tours
Some tours offered by Paris Fun Tours include a “Free Cancellation” option,
which will be explicitly stated in the tour description. For those tours:
- You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled
start time of the tour. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour’s start time
are non-refundable
b) Non-Refundable Tours
Unless a tour explicitly states that it includes “Free Cancellation” or
otherwise specifies a flexible cancellation policy, it is considered non-
refundable by default. This applies even if the tour description does not
contain a refund clause.
Customers are therefore advised to carefully review the description of each
tour before completing their booking.
2. How to Cancel or Modify a Booking
- All cancellation and modification requests must be submitted in
writing via email to: customerservice@parisfuntours.com - The date and time of receipt will be used to determine eligibility for a
refund. - Paris Fun Tours does not charge a service fee for changes or
cancellations made within the eligible timeframe.
3. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
- No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows, regardless of
the reason, including but not limited to:- Flight or train delays
- Missed transportation
- Traffic conditions
- Lost directions or miscommunication
Guests are fully responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point at
the correct time.
4. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Closures
Paris Fun Tours is not liable and will not offer refunds for cancellations or
changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited
to:
- Strikes, protests, or civil unrest
- Extreme weather or natural disasters
- Government-imposed restrictions
- Unexpected closures of monuments or venues
- Public transportation disruptions
In such cases, Paris Fun Tours will make every effort to provide an
alternative or reschedule the tour. If no alternative is possible, a partial or
full refund may be considered at our discretion, but is not guaranteed.
5. Exceptional Circumstances – Emergency Refund Requests
Refund requests for exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious medical
emergencies, death of an immediate family member) may be considered on
a case-by-case basis and are subject to documented evidence, such as:
- A hospital admission or medical report from a licensed physician
- A death certificate or formal obituary notice
Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the scheduled tour
date. Approval is not guaranteed, and Paris Fun Tours reserves the right to
deny any request deemed insufficient.
The following are not considered valid grounds for a refund:
- Mild illness (e.g. cold, fatigue)
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Displeasure with the weather (rain, heat, wind, etc.)
- Delays caused by personal travel arrangements (e.g., missed flights,
late trains) - Visa rejections or passport issues
6. Third-Party and Marketplace Bookings
If your booking was made through a third-party platform (e.g., Viator,
TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide), then that platform’s cancellation and refund
policy will apply. You must contact the platform directly to request a
cancellation or refund.
Paris Fun Tours is not responsible for refunding any bookings not made
directly through our website or official customer service channels.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please
allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account,
depending on your financial institution.
8. Disputes
Any dispute related to cancellations or refunds will be handled in
accordance with the jurisdiction and governing law specified in the Terms
of Service.
