Experience I strongly advise to not book through this company if you expect a smooth, organized experience or to actually receive what you paid for.
Issues Encountered:
* Extremely unorganized from start to finish.
* We paid specifically for access to the Eiffel Tower summit (top floor), but were denied entry due to it being at “maximum capacity” — even though we had booked this two months in advance.
* Everyone in our group was frustrated and disappointed before we even reached the second floor.
* The company appears to have no direct communication with the Eiffel Tower's management, which means online bookings are not properly reserved or recognized.
* Despite pre-booking online, we had to line up with the general public for over 90 minutes — the same line for those buying tickets on the day. There was no advantage to pre-booking.
We booked through ParisFunTours.com for access to both the second floor and summit. Upon arrival, the group was disorganized — some had summit access, some did not, and the guides seemed unclear about who had booked what.
At the tower, we stood in a long queue only to find that our summit tickets were no longer valid because “too many people” had already gone up — people who purchased tickets on the spot. The guide appeared confused and unprepared, taking 15 extra minutes at the counter without clear communication.
After waiting all that time, we were told we couldn’t go to the summit — the very thing we had come all the way from Australia to experience. It completely soured the day.
To make matters worse, once on the second floor, the group scattered and the guide disappeared. We were left to figure things out ourselves.
We were given an email and QR code to request a refund, and I sincerely hope that is honored. This entire situation felt like a scam.
